hi guys, well, my name's Israel, I'm 25 years old. I write from Spain. I was thinking to start the Medwell 123 plan to get a health lyfestyle and I was wondering if this method is good enough if I'm planning go to the gym 3 times in a week making 20-30 min of cardio and lifting weights inĀ a total time of gym about 1 hour or 1 hour and half, to gain muscle and loose belly fat and in general body fat because I have got 22% of body fat !! although my body looks thin-normal not fat, I have to think it carefully because the cost of the ship to Spain is soooo high, thank you very much !!
