Combination of Medwell and Zone Diet

I think I have died and gone to heaven!!!  I have been a true Zone Diet believer and have personally seen the weight loss results from following the Zone Diet.  However, the biggest problem I faced with the Zone Diet was finding time to eat a breakfast that kept me in the "zone".  Then along came these wonderful Medwell products that makes it so simple to stay in the "zone".  I love the Cinnamon Swirl bread and the bagels for breakfast.  At lunch I love to eat a sandwich with the Medwell bread and a slice of deli meat.  For dinner, I like eating my own food but make sure that I eat in the "zone".  I am feeling great and seeing the weight loss results.  Thank you Dr. Sears for all of your hard work and dedication to helping us stay in the "zone"!!!!

Re: Combination of Medwell and Zone Diet

Hi,

I haven't seen a lot of activity in the forums in terms of a lot of active posters. i think these were two of the more recent posts so I figured I would start here...I also found out about the products initially through the Zone web site and placed my initial order there. One of the recipes there referred to the pizza as medwell pizza crust. So a quick google search landed me here.

I really didn't know what to expect but Sears had never let me down before ( i use other Zone products from zonediet.com like bars and shakes and the fish oil..of Course...the Omega3 fish oil rocks !! - if it's actually possible for fish oil to rock.hmm..not sure). Really, if you're following medwell123, you are following the zone and more specifically a anti-inflammatory diet. I was curious how many people are Zoners or former Zoners, etc...

I think Dr Sears or others have made this comment which is so true...I actually have trouble getting all the food in (veggies). The Medwell portion is actually really filling. I'm not running into the kitchen to grab something (even healthy like almonds) in between the core two snacks and meals on the program ( for guys...we get an extra snack..Woohoo!)

Well...I'm not sure if I really added to the discussion since Sherri and ChasParis were much more concise than me..but I also agreed with their comments.

Take Care,

Mike
