2% Milk (8 oz) 2% Natural Yogurt (6 oz) 2% Greek Yogurt (6 oz) Low-fat Cheese (1 oz) 2% Cottage Cheese (4 oz)

1 tablespoon of almond, cashew or natural peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon or 1/2 of a pre-packaged pat of butter
2 teaspoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard 2 tablespoons of guacamole

 

Drink Plenty of Water

Drink enough water (in ounces) to equal at least 1/2 your weight!

 

Weight Loss Food, Diet FoodHere are a few suggestions:

  • Add a little lime or lemon juice
  • Dilute one oz. of fruit juice with 8 oz. water
  • Drink mineral water in glass bottles
  • Energize with vegetable juices (without any added fruit juice)

If you drink any diet soda or coffee (regular or decaf), then plan to add an equivalent amount of extra water to make up for their diuretic effects.
